1. Shipping to The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua
The time and distance between the Mainland and Maui changes the standard shipping time and services, which are standard to Mainland deliveries. There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery service to Maui.
Please allow a minimum of one/two additional days for Priority Overnight Federal Express service overnight delivery from anywhere on the Mainland to Maui.
Please allow for an additional two – four day service to Maui, depending on weather or time of year for any Overnight or Two-Day Air shipments.
DHL operates on Maui with different levels of service. Please contact them directly for actual shipping days.
US Postal Service:
Tracking packages through the US Postal Service may be difficult and hard to track. Please consider alternative shipping options to Maui.
2. Arrival to Hotel
Tracking Numbers Required
Please let us know in advance if you plan to send boxes and their respective tracking numbers.
Upon receipt of boxes from the delivery company, the hotel will store your shipments until your arrival. Once released to you, the resort will not be responsible for the damage of loss of any equipment or articles left in the resort prior to, during, or following an event. Arrangements must be made in advance for security of exhibits, merchandise, valuables, or articles set up for display.
3. Shipping to Mainland (Program Conclusion)
Providing Your Own Shipping Labels
You should have your own shipping labels, tape, packing products, etc. to package your own boxes for pick-up. Please advise your Meeting Planner or Meetings and Special Events Manager. A box handling fee will apply. Please notify your shipping vendor of your boxes and shipment date. You must call the vendor for pickup as there is currently no automatic pick up service at the hotel.
