Diamond Star - $35,000
- Recognition as a Diamond Star sponsor in applicable materials including, but not limited to Conference Banner, Website Listing, SFA Directory and Newsletters
- Premium placement at the Vendor Show, plus 2 complimentary 6ft. tables with skirting (and electricity if required)
- Up to Six (6) conference attendees, including all meals and activities, and a copy of the Annual Directory

Platinum Star - $25,000

Super Star - $12,000

- Up to Four (4) conference attendees, including all meals and activities, and a copy of the Annual Directory
- Opportunity for exposure in the in SFA Newsletter (one issue)

Famous Star - $6,000
- Recognition as a Famous Star sponsor in applicable materials including, but not limited to Conference Banner, Website Listing, SFA Directory and Newsletters
- Complimentary exhibit space at the Vendor Show (includes one 6ft. table with skirting, and electricity if required)
- Up to Two (2) conference attendees, including all meals and activities, and a copy of the Annual Directory
- Opportunity to bring Two (2) additional attendees to Conference at cost
- Opportunity to purchase advertising in SFA Directory.
Happy Star - $4,000
- Recognition as a Happy Star sponsor in applicable materials including, but not limited to Conference Banner, Website Listing, SFA Directory and Newsletters
- Complimentary exhibit space at the Vendor Show (includes one 6ft. table with skirting, and electricity if required)
- One (1) conference attendee, including all meals and activities, and a copy of the Annual Directory
- No additional attendees allowed – to register a second attendee from your company, please register at the Famous Star level. If you wish to bring a spouse or a non-company affiliated personal guest, you may do so by using the Personal Guest Form.
- Opportunity to purchase advertising in SFA Directory.
Directory Information
The annual directory is published for and distributed at the Conference to all Franchisees, CKE and Vendors.
All vendors registered by 7/15/2023 will receive a complimentary listing in the directory. Vendors also have the chance to purchase a full-color advertisement in the directory. If desired, please select your ad size during your registration process. Art will be due by 7/15/2023.

Vendor Show Information
Vendors are welcome and encouraged to attend all dinners, activities and some meetings as well. Please see agenda for details. The Vendor Show is obviously important, but is a small part of the networking opportunities provided at the SFA Conference. We encourage you to attend as many events as possible to not only get to know franchisees better, but to enjoy the topnotch experiences, settings, events and food that our conferences offer. If you only attend the show, you are truly missing out on many great opportunities to connect.
Vendor Show Set Up/Equipment
The Vendor show will be held on Tuesday, September 19 from 12:00 pm – 3:30 pm. Vendors will setup their booth spaces on Tuesday, September 19 from 7:00 am – 11:30 am. Lunch will be served in conjunction with the Vendor Show. We encourage Vendors to bring food items that can be sampled as part of our lunch.

Attendees
During the vendor show, for giveaways, you can expect up to 175 franchisee attendees and corporate guests.
Booth Setup
Each exhibitor will receive a skirted 6 ft. banquet table with a chair. Please limit your exhibits to TABLE TOP items ONLY. Please do not bring any costly or extensive booth setups as our show is very low key compared to others.
Raffle Prizes
At the end of our Vendor show we are doing a raffle for the Franchisees. If you have items you would like to contribute, please attach your company name/business card and set the item(s) at the stage before the conclusion of the show. Due to shipping constraints, consider bringing a flyer and shipping larger raffle prizes to the winner.
Shipping Instructions
Hotel can start receiving boxes the earliest Friday, September 15, 2023

Shipping Address and Instructions is included in the Vendor Kit emailed to all Exhibiting Vendors.
Special Instructions: Please clearly label if boxes require refrigeration or freezer storage! If you have any other questions regarding the vendor show, please contact calina@starfran.com
We also recommend that you have a packing slip both inside and outside of each package.
Drayage Fee
Incoming package and outgoing Packages:
- $7.50 per box
- $125.00 Per Pallet or a box more than 100 Lbs.
- Storage per Day (After 72 hours) is $5.00 per box
