Sponsorship Costs and Fees

(Includes 2021 Conference Fees and Associate Membership Fees through June 2022)

  • Recognition as a Diamond Star sponsor in applicable materials including, but not limited to Conference Banner, Website Listing, Annual Directory and Newsletters

Directory Information

The annual directory is published for and distributed at the Conference to all Franchisees, CKE and Vendors.

All vendors registered by 7/14/2021 will receive a complimentary listing in the directory. Vendors also have the chance to purchase a full-color advertisement in the directory. If desired, please select your ad size during your registration process. Art will be due by 8/1/2021.

  • Back Cover/Inside Front/Inside Back (5″W x 8″H) – $750
  • Full Page Ad (5″W x 8″H) – $500
  • Half Page Ad (5″W x 4″H) – $300

Vendor Show Information

VENDORS ARE WELCOME….. Vendors are welcome and encouraged to attend all dinners, activities and some meetings as well. Please see agenda for details. The Vendor Show is obviously important, but is a small part of the networking opportunities provided at the SFA Conference. We encourage you to attend as many events as possible to not only get to know franchisees better, but to enjoy the top­notch experiences, settings, events and food that our conferences offer. If you only attend the show, you are truly missing out on many great opportunities to connect.

The Vendor show will be held on Tuesday, September 21 from 12:00 pm­ – 3:30 pm. Vendors will setup their booth spaces on Tuesday, September 21 from 8:00 am – 11:30 am. Lunch will be served in conjunction with the Vendor Show. We encourage Vendors to bring food items that can be sampled as part of our lunch.

ALL EXHIBITING VENDORS must submit the Vendor Show Response Form using the link provided after registration to let us know your booth needs.

During the vendor show, for giveaways, you can expect up to 175 franchisee attendees and corporate guests.

Each exhibitor will receive a skirted 6’ banquet table with a chair. Please limit your exhibits to TABLE TOP items ONLY. Please do not bring any costly or extensive booth set­ups as our show is very low key compared to others.

At the end of our Vendor show we are doing a raffle for the Franchisees. If you have items you would like to contribute, please attach your company name/business card and set the item(s) at the stage before the conclusion of the show. Due to shipping constraints, consider bringing a flyer and shipping larger raffle prizes to the winner, on your return to the mainland.

Shipping Instructions

Hotel can start receiving boxes on 9/13. Make sure your packages arrive between 9/13 and 9/17, as there is no Saturday or Sunday delivery service to Maui.

If you are shipping late, please consider carrying the materials with you.

1. Shipping to The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua

The time and distance between the Mainland and Maui changes the standard shipping time and services, which are standard to Mainland deliveries. There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery service to Maui.

Federal Express:

Please allow a minimum of one/two additional days for Priority Overnight Federal Express service overnight delivery from anywhere on the Mainland to Maui.

UPS:

Please allow for an additional two – four day service to Maui, depending on weather or time of year for any Overnight or Two-Day Air shipments.

DHL:

DHL operates on Maui with different levels of service. Please contact them directly for actual shipping days.

US Postal Service:

Tracking packages through the US Postal Service may be difficult and hard to track. Please consider alternative shipping options to Maui.

2. Arrival to Hotel

Tracking Numbers Required

Please let us know in advance if you plan to send boxes and their respective tracking numbers.

Security

Upon receipt of boxes from the delivery company, the hotel will store your shipments until your arrival. Once released to you, the resort will not be responsible for the damage of loss of any equipment or articles left in the resort prior to, during, or following an event.  Arrangements must be made in advance for security of exhibits, merchandise, valuables, or articles set up for display.

3. Shipping to Mainland (Program Conclusion)

Providing Your Own Shipping Labels

You should have your own shipping labels, tape, packing products, etc. to package your own boxes for pick-up. Please advise your Meeting Planner or Meetings and Special Events Manager. A box handling fee will apply. Please notify your shipping vendor of your boxes and shipment date. You must call the vendor for pickup as there is currently no automatic pick up service at the hotel.
